Job Descriptions:
Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls.
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information pertaining to client queries.
Identify, assess customers' needs and render assistance to achieve satisfaction pertaining to their services with the company.
Handle and assist clients with their service requests on admission, discharge, starting of their nanny services, profiling, replacement, termination and extension of services.
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
Follow up with clients to garner feedback for service improvements.
Keep records of necessary customer interactions and enter all information required into the company database and official WA group chats.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Hold high esteem for the quality of your work and ensure all work is done and completed according to the set-out timeline.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of customer service experience is preferred.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply too.
Proficiency in written and spokenEnglish ; Mandarin will only be an added advantage (to liaise with mandarin-speaking clients).
Able to work on a 5 days work week with rotational roster
Working Hours: 10am - 7pm
