Customer Service Executive

Job ResponsibilityWell knowledge about company product or service to guide the customer to reach a deal.
To communicate with customers to promote sales through network chat.
Respond to telephone inquiries and Internet inquiries; Handle orders through website and phone.
Own website: Shoppe, Lazada, Facebook, WhatsApp.
Arrange shipping and classification of different logistics delivery to ensure all is in order.
Record shipping orders.
Handle customer orders, payments, and follow up with logistics status.
Handle customer complaints and feedback, returns, and exchanges of goods.
Look for potential customers and agents.
Support Marketing Team by providing ideas and discussing sales planning offers.
Check with network promotion layout, etc., to ensure customers can easily see the latest promotions and products.
Achieve group sales goals.
Additional tasks assigned by Management.
Job RequirementsCandidate must possess at least a SPM or equivalent.
Required skill(s): Computer literate.
Required language(s): Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
Must be able to speak and read Mandarin.
Work independently with minimum supervision.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; training will be provided.
Applicants must be willing to work in Nusajaya (near Bukit Indah), Johor, Malaysia.
