Customer Service Executive

Responsibilities:Prepare weekly report on sales schedule, sales summary & booking summary.
Prepare finished goods month end stock & closing report.
Follow up with customers daily on sales, shipment, samples and new product development.
Work with buyer QC on new product development, samples and inspection arrangement.
Daily review on finished products, inline & offline product quality, follow up with internal and external QC on product checking & inspection.
Job Requirements:Diploma in Sales & Marketing or any field.
Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Preferably 2 years of working experience.
Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
Aggressive and good communication with a pleasant personality.
Willing to work in Pagoh, Muar.
