Job DescriptionCommunicate with our international partners by telephone or electronic medium regarding domain matters.
Escalate unresolved queries to designated departments for further investigation.
Obtain and examine all relevant information to assess the validity of inquiries and determine possible causes, proposing appropriate solutions.
Communicate progress and resolution of issues to internal and external customers.
Maintain accurate and quality responses for ISO9001 audit and compliance purposes.
Familiarize with the prepared SOP on handling emails, processing pending orders, and answering general inquiries.
Update daily listings for day-to-day operations according to given requirements.
Job RequirementsCandidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in any field.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Required skills: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Fluent in English and Mandarinfor both oral and written communication to serviceour partners in Greater China regions.
Able to work independently, with strong work commitment, trustworthiness, good teamwork, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, fast learner, positive attitude, able to meet timelines and perform well under pressure.
Willing to work shifts including weekends and public holidays. Attractive allowances will be provided accordingly.
