Job Responsibilities
Able to handle customers through email and also live chat
Able to type and write in multi-language (Such as English and Mandarin preferred)
Good communication skills and a fast typing speed
Need to follow up with customers from time to time to achieve overall satisfactory
Respond to customer inquiries promptly
Solve problems encountered daily by communicating with customers
Strong communication and coordination skills, able to handle urgent cases
Requirements
Able to commit to night shifts
Have experience in customer service
Proficient in management methods and techniques
Proficiency in Mandarin & English preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin-speaking clients
Understand the latest technology trends and applications in the industry
Strategic thinking and leadership
Skills to solve difficult problems and handle multiple tasks at the same time
Have basic sense of customer service
Must have at least a bachelor's degree or above or equivalent
Proficiency in the use of office software Excel, Microsoft Office Suite and Google Docs
