Your role revolves around providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive experience for customers.

Your Team: You will report to our Customer Service Manager.
Your team is one of the best customer service teams in the industry here (read our Google reviews) They are highly efficient and experienced customer service personnel who are driven to provide the most exceptional service to our customers.
Your Responsibilities: -Increase customer satisfaction: By delivering prompt and friendly customer service, you can enhance the overall experience of customers who come to the self-storage facility.
This can lead to higher customer satisfaction scores and repeat business.
-Enhance brand reputation: As our Customer Service Executive you are the first point of contact for customers, and your interactions can shape their perception of the brand.
By providing a positive customer experience, you can contribute to building a strong brand reputation.
-Resolve customer issues: Inevitably, customers may encounter issues or challenges when using the self-storage facility.
As our Customer Service Executive, your role is to help resolve these issues efficiently and effectively, which can lead to increased customer loyalty and word-of-mouth referrals.
-Drive revenue growth: By engaging with customers and understanding their needs, you may identify opportunities to offer additional services or upsell existing customers.
This can contribute to revenue growth for the business.
-Maintaining facility standards: By ensuring the facility is up to the standards that we have set as a business, you will be identifying areas that need attention and ensuring that routine maintenance / repairs are promptly attended to by our crew.
