Customer Service Executive

Details of the offer

-Attain/achieve a high level of service to customer.
-Meet the monthly sales plan fulfillment as defined by management.
-Meet the department benchmark such as attaining high GP, optimal stock turns and minimize payment delay from customers.
-Generate quotation/RFQ/web quote.
-Process order entry/delivery notes / invoices/credit notes.
-Handle rescheduling requests in accordance to company guidelines.
-Handle customer complaints such as RMA, Delivery issues and claims.
-Handle all customer requested forms/agreement/contracts.
-Ensure smooth and successful fulfillment of samples, catalogues and all marketing material.
-Generate benchmark/complaint reports on a regular basis.
-Joint customer visits with account owner as and when required.
-Actively involved and contribute in department meetings including taking meeting minutes.
-Participate in stocktaking activities organized by the company.
-Answering of phone calls within stipulated.
-Handle any Ad-hoc tasks that may be assigned as and when required.

-Well-verse in the Excel formulas.
-Possess good customer service skills  -Material planning or related experience will be an advantage.
-Ability to work independently with persuasive, dynamic personality -Motivated telephone marketing experience essential and independent, initiative, self-driven and able to work with all level and good time management and able to perform multi-task
