Job Scope:
Communicate with clients regarding their stock availability after checking the inventory system like Autocount System.
Issue Delivery Orders after the client confirms their delivery date.
Coordinate with the Purchase Department regarding warranty issues of products.
Ensure client satisfaction regarding our service.
Valuable training will be provided to new employees to help them master various cloud-based software and improve their working efficiency.
