You will ensure exceptional service and support, meeting customer needs to the highest standards.What You'll Do
Managing customer's profiles to enhance understanding on customer's preference and requirement and offer value-added services to enhance competitive edge.
To be the key contact of customers in order management and fulfillment.
Facilitate communication between customers and internal departments to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
Manages the order fulfillment process timely and accurately from order entry, administration, delivery and shipping through to invoicing to ensure orders meeting customer's requirement.
Delivering all customer services KPI performance to meet business desired results.
Provides input to support informed decisions for the best possible outcome.
Capable of resolving issues arising from operations and requiring coordination cross-functionally, especially issues potentially impacting order fulfilment.
Build and maintain positive relationships with existing customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
Gather customer feedback and insights to identify areas for improvement and enhance service quality.
Complete projects and initiatives as assigned by managers.
What You Need to Succeed
Bachelor's Degree in any related field.
At least 5 years of working experience in Manufacturing, Order Fulfillment or Supply Chain Management.
Customer focused and orientated.
Strong multitasking and organization skill to handle role effectively.
Excellent communication skills and good teamwork.
