**Responsibilities**:- Attend to customers' call in a timely manner and ensure good customer service is rendered.- Performing telemarketing weekly to solicit Shipper/consignee support.- Preparing quotation of ocean freight to shippers/consignee.- Managing booking, B/L, transport document and manifest.- Proactively manage issues related to shipment delivery to customers & overcome all issues with customers.- Handle and arrange system updates according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) & guidelines.- Promoting E-Commerce (E-Booking & E-Bill of Lading).**Requirements**:- Pleasant personality with good people communication skills.- Ability to work independently in a fast-pace environment.- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.**Attractive remuneration and benefits package**:- 16% EPF- Daily lunch allowance- Comprehensive medical & hospitalization coverage for employees and family- Insurance coverage- Meal allowance for overtime- On the job training provided- Observe all public holidays as gazetted by the Federal/State Government- Company activities: annual dinner, sports meet, festival celebration party & more**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM2,400.00 - RM3,200.00 per month**Benefits**:- Additional leave- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Meal allowance- Parental leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay- Yearly bonus**Language**:- Mandarin (preferred)- Bahasa (preferred)
