Customer Service Executive

Responsibility:
Interact with customer on the phone, internet, and face-to-face in a professional     mannerMeet all customer needs and exceed expectations, upholding our strong reputationAccurately answer question and address customer concernsLog all contacts in our customer database system accuratelyMaintain accurate and up to date customer filesGenerate quotes and timelines for customer as requestedSuggest additional products and services of use to customerInvestigate and pursue customer leads, expanding our customer baseConduct basic administrative tasks such and copying and filingGenerate monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for managementExcellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office and databasesProactively seek solutions to problems, notifying Management when concerns ariseFollows department set process and procedures per ISO 9001, ISO22301, AS9100 requirements Requirements Degree in Business Administration/MBA or related field, or equivalent education, or work experienceMore than 3 years CSR experience in manufacturing environmentExperience in handling customer feedback & satisfaction and order processing as require in ISO9001.Proficiency in M/S Office, and Internet ApplicationStrong written, verbal, analytical, negotiating and interpersonal skillsAbility to organize and prioritize work and to meet deadlines
