Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and messages related to customer inquiries or concerns.
Provide accurate and up-to-date information on products, services, and promotions.
Investigate and resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and efficient manner.
Schedule appointments for consultations between qualified leads and the sales team.
Maintain clear records of lead status and follow-up actions to nurture relationships until they are ready for an appointment.
Prepare regular reports on call outcomes, appointment conversion rates, and lead progress.
Review and provide feedback to management.
Reactivate and follow up on old leads data.
Requirements:
Fluent speaking in English and Malay is mandatory.
Fluent speaking in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear speaking voice and active listening ability.
Result-oriented.
Will be required to answer phone calls and handle messages on social media.
Company phone and laptop will be provided.
