Customer Service Executive

Customer Relationship Management:Serve as the primary point of contact for EMS and Contract Manufacturer customers, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely manner.
Order Processing:Manage the end-to-end order process, including the receipt, entry, and tracking of customer POs.
Ensure accuracy in order details and delivery timelines.
Quotation Management:Prepare and manage quotations based on customer requirements.
Work closely with the sales and production teams to ensure that pricing and delivery terms are aligned with customer expectations.
Delivery Coordination:Coordinate with internal teams to monitor production schedules and ensure on-time delivery.
Communicate any potential delays or issues to customers proactively.
Issue Resolution:Address any issues related to orders, deliveries, or quotations, working collaboratively with internal teams to resolve problems quickly and efficiently.
Documentation & Reporting:Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and deliveries.
Generate regular reports on customer activity and satisfaction.
Continuous Improvement:Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance customer service efficiency and satisfaction.
Job Requirements
• Diploma holder or above.
• Relevant working experience in customer services.
• Candidates with buyer/sourcing experience in electronics, semiconductors, or electronics distribution fields are welcome.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, and ability to work independently; good command of Mandarin and English for communicating with Mandarin-speaking and English-speaking clients effectively.
• Good time management and multi-tasking skills.
• Positive attitude, detail-minded, service-oriented, team player, and able to communicate with all levels/departments.
