**VACANCIES: 10 positions**:- **INTAKE: February 2024 (Immediate Hiring)**:- **LOCATION: Redberry Contact Center Sdn Bhd, Section 13, Petaling Jaya. (Nearest LRT - Asia Jaya/MRT Phileo Damansara)**:- **WORKING DAYS/HOURS: Monday - Sunday, 5 days/week (including weekends & public holidays), |10:00 am - 8:00 pm|**Our client is a renowned brand in Electric Vehicle industry, looking for the right people to be in their team. As a Customer Service Executive, you will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that the customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.**JOB DESCRIPTION:- **- Provide excellent 1st level support experience to customers via all relevant communication channels - incoming & outgoing calls/ digital engagement (social media & electronic channel)- Identify customer's needs, researching any existing issue in order to provide strategic solutions that will best address customer's needs while ensuring that any existing confusion is clarified.- Ensure first contact resolution and effective follow-up with business partners and internal departments to ensure case closure in accordance to our service standards.- Provide constructive feedback on tools, resources, procedures and guidelines to enhance workflow and the customer experience.- Deliver the best services to customers to ensure the highest customer satisfaction with the right procedures.- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.- Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time.**REQUIREMENTS:- **- Preferable with 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.- Possess strong time management skills and motivated to exceed expectations.- Ability to multi-task and use information provided by customers to tailor responses and actions to meet specific needs.- Must be a strong communicator, with an emphasis on effective listening and empathizing with customers, plus good phone etiquette (pace, tone, voice quality, grammar and articulation).- Comfortable working with computers and the ability to work with multiple systems and the ability to learn and adapt to new ones.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia- Willingness to work in rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays- Good understanding of electric vehicles**BENEFITS:- **- Market-based salary- Leaves- Training is provided- Personal Development & Career Progress- Smart Casual Dress Code**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract, Fresh graduateContract length: 3 months**Salary**: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Professional developmentSchedule:- Rotational shiftApplication Question(s):- Are you able to start immediately?- Do you have knowledge of electric vehicles?**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Customer Care Specialist: 1 year (required)**Language**:- English (preferred)- Bahasa Malaysia (preferred)
