Assist customers in selecting and purchasing perfumes based on their preferences and needs.3. Address and resolve customer concerns, issues, and inquiries with a focus on customer satisfaction.4. Handle Front Desk office such as handling customer arrivals, courier services registration, departures, and walk-in requests as well as receiving guests.5. Prepare and submit weekly front desk operation reports promptly, weekly meetings, data & graphs.6. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our perfume products, including their features, benefits, and ingredients.7. Stay informed about new product releases, promotions, and any changes in the perfume industry.8. Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely shipment and delivery.9. Collaborate with the fulfillment team to track orders, manage inventory, and update customers on their order status.10. Maintaining and filling in customer records in the database do filling & scanning to put into the system.11. Provide feedback and inform the leader of all incident reports, and irregular incidents that occur in the job situation related to the job task.12. Communicate proactively with customers regarding order updates, product availability, and any delays.13. Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and gather feedback on their shopping experience.14. Handle customer complaints and product returns professionally, aiming for a resolution that leaves the customer satisfied.15. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department while maintaining open communication with the customer.16. Educate customers on the unique qualities of different perfumes, helping them make informed purchasing decisions.17. Provide information on fragrance families, notes, and proper usage of perfumes.18. Keep detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.19.
