Details of the offer

Attending to incoming complaint calls.- Entering complaint cases in the system.- Create sales order and Goods Return Note in SQL.- Calculating standard repair charges.- Requesting non-standard repair charges from Costing Department.- Ad hoc job assigned by Department Head.- To provide fast and timely solutions to all customer related problems.- To ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent Customer Services.- To be constantly guided by company's service standards.- Effectively manage large numbers of incoming calls- Handle complaint, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies- Location base: Wisma Goodnite, Lot 1249, Jalan Kapar Batu 15, 42200 Kapar, Selangor.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Performance bonus- Yearly bonus**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Customer Care Specialist: 5 years (required)**Language**:- Mandarin (required)
