**Responsibilities**:1. Responding promptly and effectively to customers' enquiries.2. Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints and feedback to customer3. Processing orders, monitoring order status and feedback to customer4. Liaise and coordinate with Logistics providers ensuring prompt deliveries and shipment arrangement.5. Assist superior to prepare the monthly reports.6. Ensure team KPI achievement and provide good teamwork.7. Any assignment / duties given by company and / or superior from time to time.**Job Requirements**:1. Minimum diploma/degree, with 3-5 years working experience in customer service field2. Good communication & interpersonal skills, both written and verbal in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin will be an added advantage.3. Have a sense of urgency; can work independently, proactive and self-initiated.4. Ability to work under pressure and meeting deadlines; efficient and effective5. Good Problem-solving skill and creative in providing solution and quick assistance to customers6. Versatile, flexible and have the ability to multi-tasks with effectiveness and good team spirit7.
