**Overview**:**Salary**:3,500 MYR ~ 4,500 MYR**Industry**:- To manage and handle all customer parts queries, process orders, monitor payments, claims and deliveries/shipping.- Order planning, stock replenishment and place order with factories & suppliers- Communication with overseas Suppliers to ensure prompt delivery- Communication with forwarders for timely import clearance and deliveries- Handle and resolve customers' complaints and ensure timely feedback to internal and external customers / branches- Undertakes any other ad-hoc assignment as and when required**Qualifications**:**Requirement**:- ( MUST )- At least 2 years of Customer Service working experience dealing with customer, supplier, and handling stock delivery.( ADVANTAGE )- Require skills - Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
