-Responding to customer inquiries through email, chat, and phone, offering solutions in a friendly and helpful manner
-Provide support on product-related inquiries, order status, returns, damages, and other customer issues
-Collaborating with internal teams and authorized partners to resolve issues swiftly and ensure customer satisfaction
-Offering personalized recommendations and guidance to customers to enhance their shopping experience
-Maintain a smooth workflow and handle distribution of orders to partners

; Requirements:-
-Excellent communication skills and being able to think fast on your feet is a MUST
-Min. SPM graduate with experience in fast moving consumer environment (e-commerce customer support preferred)
-At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
-Well versed in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Candidates who can speaks in other languages will be added advantages)
-Able to work independently with minimum supervision
-Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, etc) and Google web products (Sheets, Docs, etc.)
-Possess great personality with a CAN DO attitude
-Responsible, fast learner, interpersonal skills and a strong spirit of teamwork
-Good time/organizational management and critical thinking abilities
-Must be willing to work on weekend/public holiday (5 days a week rotational basis)
-Working hours : 9.00am - 6.00pm / 10.00am - 7.00pm
