Job DescriptionProvide the best customer support for customer inquiries.
Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
Maintain a smooth workflow and handle the distribution of orders to partners.
Manage overall Customer Experience operations with partners.
Any other duties that may be deemed appropriate to this role and assigned by the supervisor.
Job RequirementsExcellent communication skills and the ability to think fast on your feet is a MUST.
Min. SPM graduate with experience in a fast-moving consumer environment (e-commerce customer support preferred).
At least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position (fresh graduates/students, entry-level encouraged to apply too!).
Well-versed in English and Bahasa Malaysia (candidates who can speak other languages will have added advantages).
Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, etc.) and Google web products (Sheets, Docs, etc.).
Possess a great personality with a CAN DO attitude.
Responsible, fast learner, with interpersonal skills and a strong spirit of teamwork.
Good time/organizational management and critical thinking abilities.
Must be willing to work on weekends/public holidays (5 days a week rotational basis).
Working hours: 9.00 am - 6.00 pm / 10.00 am - 7.00 pm.
