We are doing extremely well and are expanding. We are looking for an energetic candidate for ourCUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE vacancy.
CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage incoming and outgoing calls, chats, and emails.
Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods/tools.
Meet personal/customer service team targets and KPIs.
Provide individual reports.
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Take an extra mile to engage customers.
Perform other similar and related duties as required or directed.
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 2 years' experience in telemarketing or customer service in any industry. Those with experience in aesthetics/beauty salons/spas will have an added advantage.
Required language – English and Bahasa Malaysia; other dialects will be an additional advantage.
Able to work in shifts including weekends and public holidays. Evening shift and weekend/public holiday is work from home using the company laptop and phone.
Self-motivated, independent, and responsible with a high level of initiative and the ability to follow through.
