KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : Import/Export Freight Forwarding Operations (from booking until billing); Sourcing rates and prepares quotations; KEY REQUIREMENTS : Bachelor's Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field; More than 5 years' experience in Freight Forwarding operations; Good communication skills and able to write and converse effectively in English and Mandarin are a mandatory requirement; Able to handle customer complaint effectively & independently; Meticulous and able to work under pressure; Able to cope with the fast-paced working environment; With valid custom clearance and KEK (Sijil Kursus Ejen Kastam)/ KEP (Sijil Kursus Ejen Perkapalan) certificate will be an added advantages; Company information Registration No.
