Job RequirementsAbility to converse & write in Mandarin & Cantonese will be required to serve respective market and liaise with Mandarin speaking clients and stakeholders. Excellent spoken and written English is an added advantage.
Pleasant personality with good communication skills
Diploma /Degree holder in any discipline or SPM/STPM/IGCSE or equivalent qualification with relevant working experience
Preferably min 1 year experience in Contact Centre, experience in hospitality/Online Travel Agency and customer service
Computer literate and internet savvy.
Positive attitude and a team player with a passion for delivering World Class customer service
Willing to work in a shift environment (24/7 operations)
Ability to work under pressure to meet or exceed set performance standards
Open to Malaysians only
