Customer Service Executive (Mandarin Speaker)

**Responsibilities:- **- Perform customer verifications- Provide a friendly and professional welcome to customers, presenting a positive impression of themselves and the organization- Responding promptly with accurate and timely information to customer inquiries regarding products and services of the organization- Ensure all inquiries are answered in a professional and timely manner and transferred, where appropriate, to the relevant department- Follow up with customers to ensure high-level satisfaction and determining future requirements- Handling and resolving customer complaints, obtaining and evaluating all relevant data to handle complaints and inquiries.- Record details of inquiries, comments, complaints and actions taken**Requirements:- **- Service minded personnel with interest in helping and working with customers- A positive individual with a 'can do', results driven approach and attitude- Ability to work as part of a team, support colleagues and promote excellent team spirit- Demonstrate trust, openness and respect in dealings with people- Able to handle customer complaints and deal effectively with upset customers- Good command of both written and spoken in English and Mandarin- Ability to work in shifts (including night shifts)**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Dental insurance- Work from homeSupplemental pay types:- Performance bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Bangsar: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)Application Question(s):- How soon can you join?**Language**:- Mandarin (required)
