Responsibilities: Perform daily routine counter service operation duties.Attend to customers' and agents' queries.Accept Purchase Orders and key-in customer's details into system.Accept payment collections in different modes of payment (i.e. by cash, cheque, credit card and others).Prepare Official Receipts for daily payment collections.Checking on booking cases and follow up on documents support for confirm sales.Process sales confirmation & distribution of documents to respective departments.Handle lot enquiries, lot reservations, change lot, cancellation cases, transfer of ownership/entitlement, update customer address & contact and others.Update system for changes in purchase/purchaser's information.Arrange for transfers of items to Site Offices & check documents received from Site Offices.Keep track of sales materials, forms & controlled of stock e.g. Purchase Orders.Support TPOM sales talk to resolve customer's queries, collect payment & sales documents.Support/assist Site/ Branches Customer Service when required.Perform duty/service on event/ site when required.Perform any other tasks assigned by Superior from time to time. Job Requirement:- Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.Required language(s): Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia and EnglishAt least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.Computer literate with good interpersonal skills.Good English communication and written skill.Candidates must be able to work at Wisma Nirvana.
