Customer Service Executive/Sales

Provide administrative support to Sales & Service Team.- Responsible for order processing documentations from quotation to DO and sales invoice in accordance with the company policies and procedures.- Handle full spectrum of import/export logistic arrangement and ensure on-time deliveryto customers.- Manage and follow up project readiness lead time and timely update customer for the expectations.- Manage inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating neededsuppliers; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies andcoordinating shipments from factories to customers.- First contact point for customers and suppliers on sales related activities.- Prepare reports for monthly sales & service meeting or sales related reports.- Coordinate sales enquiries from customers and handle customer complaints.**Salary**: Up to RM5,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to FridayExpected Start Date: 04/01/2024
