**Customer Service Executive (Shift)**Agensi Pekerjaan AKN Sdn BhdKuala LumpurMYR 2,300 - MYR 3,080**Job Highlights**- Excellent Benefits- Yearly Increment- Quarterly KPI**Responsibilities**- Act as the representative for a world-class smart security company, and gain working knowledge of security operations and procedures.- Handle all Incoming/Outgoing calls effectively in Bahasa Malaysia and English.- Monitor and respond to the alarm signals of client's world-class smart home security system, within service level targets (SLT).- Provide technical troubleshooting support to customers on alarm issues in an effective and efficient manner.- Assign out relevant questions and jobs requested by customer to other respective departments for further action.- Be a team player and maintain professional composure when dealing with security issues.- Based on customer feedback, identify problem trends and highlight to Superior for further discussion, service enhancement and resolution of problems.- Highlight non-SOP compliance incidents to Team Leaders for corrective and preventive actions.**Requirements**:- **Must be able to work in rotational shifts.**:- **Must be able to work in Jalan Chan Sow Lin, KL.**:- **Good command of English.**:- Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia and English.- 45 hours work week.- Able to work with mínimal supervision, result-oriented and positive-minded with exceptional professionalism.- Possess good analytical skills and adaptable to changes.**Benefits**- **Excellent Benefits.
