**A. JOB SUMMARY**The Customer Service Executive will be handling customer booking processes with space approval from Principle, Good knowledge in handling shipping documentation such a booking arrangement, Bill of Loading, receipts, certificates and etc**B. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**- Process new and revised booking confirmations to customer- Involve in daily shipment and problem solving and follow up- Monitor shipment and any other related record has been maintained and update accordingly- Prepare invoice for local charges and follow up on payment received for B/L release- Follow up on SI with shipper for B/L preparation and submitted- Submit pre alert to appointed agent before shipment date and submit all required documents to agent before cargo reach destination- To carry out other duties that may be assigned to you from time to time by your supervisor**D. REQUIREMENT & QUALIFICATION**- Diploma / Degree holder in related disciplines.- 1-2 years working experience preferably in Customer Service.- Good Communications skills, written and spoken.- Good interpersonal and people management skills.- Good planning and organization skills.- Pro-activeness in job responsibilities.- Thorough hands-on involvement in key projects and departmental tasks / activities.- Focus on Cust**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Health insuranceSupplemental pay types:- Performance bonus**Education**:- STM/STPM (preferred)**Experience**:- Customer Care Specialist: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- Mandarin (preferred)- Bahasa (preferred)
