Work Location: Iskandar Puteri, Johor Accommodation provided (for outstation candidates) Benefits Basic RM3,000 to RM3,200 6 days Allowance = RM300 Night Shift Allowance = RM300 KPI Allowance = RM400 Public Holiday Rate OT Rate Shuttle Services Provided : Tampoi, Skudai, Taman U, Bukit Indah, Gelang Patah, City Square, Larkin, Mutiara Rini Main Responsibilities: Handling all inbound calls, live chat and email pertaining to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks and other raising issue related to the company's products Exceeding customer expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information.
Working in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.
Proficient in computer typing skills Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Good computer literacy Requirements Min 18 years old, completed with SPM, UEC, and IGCSE certificates.
