Accommodation provided (for outstation candidates)
Basic RM3,000 to RM3,200

Shuttle Services Provided: Tampoi, Skudai, Taman U, Bukit Indah, Gelang Patah, City Square, Larkin, Mutiara Rini
Main Responsibilities:
Handling all inbound calls, live chat, and email pertaining to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedback, and other issues related to the company's products.
Exceeding customer expectations in terms of customer service and accurate information.
Working in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.
Proficient in computer typing skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
Min 18 years old, completed with SPM, UEC, and IGCSE certificates.
5.5 / 6 working days - Compulsory working on Public Holidays and Weekends.
Must commit to work 24/7 shift.
