**LOCATION**:- Symphony House Ara Damansara, Petaling Jaya (accessible by LRT Ara Damansara Station -10mins walking)- FREE shuttle service transport from LRT station to Office based on selected schedule**JOB SCOPE**:- Respond to customers' general queries, complaints/feedbacks in a timely and accurate way- Assist and resolve customers' inquiries with their mobile subscriptions, mobile plans, contract, mobile devices and monthly payments issues- Manage customer complaints and feedbacks accordingly- **Career progression after 6 months to be a QA, Customer Service Agent and Trainer Senior!!!**_**Requirements**:- Minimum educational requirement: SPM and above- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.- Strong command of English in both verbal and written communication skillsPay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,900.00 per month**Benefits**:- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Afternoon shift- Day shift- Rotational shiftSupplemental pay types:- Performance bonusApplication Question(s):- What is your expected salary?- Are you able to work on rotational shift?- Can you start immediately?**Education**:- STM/STPM (preferred)
