**Company Background**:Our client is one of the largest travel service provider that offer a full range of travel products. Currently they are looking for fresh graduates to join the team.**Responsibilities**:- Dealing with customer by calls or online communication channel who is traveling over the world- Handling complaints and inquiries efficiently, courteously and professionally- Trouble shooting, customer supporting, emergency help line;- Liaising with networking offices or supplier for case follow up, liaising with client, travel agent, sales person in charge for solution- Update the case and provide the report and statistic where is necessary.- Flexible to support other department where is necessary.- Accept the task and project assigned by manager or company**; Requirements: - Job Requirements**:- Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.- 1 year of working experience in travel industry will be added advantage.- Attention to detail and good communication skills.- Excellent communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (spoken and written)**Job Details**:- 5 working days, 2 off days (24/7 rotational shift - 8.00am to 4.00pm / 4.00pm to 1.00am / 1.00am to 8.00am)- Basic Salary from RM3,000 + RM700 shift allowance- Location: Jalan P. Ramlee, Kuala Lumpur- Near to public transport; LRT (Dang Wangi) / MRT (Raja Chulan)
