Customer Service Executive (Voice And Non-Voice)

**Responsibilities**- Handling pre-online, post-online booking enquires, other general enquires, escalation support & booking amendment/cancellation through voice and non-voice support.- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.- To exceed customers' expectations in terms of customer service & accurate information.- Work in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools**Requirements**:- Languages required: Good proficiency in **Bahasa Malaysia** and **English **(writing and speaking)- Full Training Program will be provided for new hires even fresh graduates who are interested to start their career.- Each Shift consists of **9 working hours** included 1-hour break-time **between 8am to 12am****Salary**: RM3,200.00 - RM4,200.00 per month**Benefits**:- Additional leave- Dental insurance- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Early shift- Evening shift- Night shift- Rotational shift- Weekend jobsSupplemental pay types:- Attendance bonus- Overtime pay- Performance bonusApplication Question(s):- When would you be able to start working with us?**Language**:- Bahasa Malaysia (required)- English (required)Expected Start Date: 12/06/2023
