Provide clients with best-in-class service on phone, chats, and email.
Self-manage outbound call campaigns to provide added value services to existing and new customers.
Promote sales for the company's products and services, thus driving up the amount of deposits and developing long-term relationships with clients.
Assist clients in opening individual trading accounts and provide guidance on accessing the company's online trading platforms and deposit channels. Address clients' inquiries regarding their trading accounts, such as deposit and withdrawal processing status.
Assist clients to complete individual FX/CFD trading account documentation and review. Assist clients in submitting or forwarding uploaded onboarding documents to the operations team for final account approval and account setup.
Conduct KYC to understand client financial and investment backgrounds and concerns, offering resolutions to maintain client retention levels while actively looking for upsell opportunities.
Be alert to global financial news and intelligently articulate financial and market-related concepts as well as the company's products and services to clients to offer general trading opportunities.
Assist with trade audit inquiries, ensuring trades were executed correctly, helping investigate trade audit cases, and submitting adjustments.
Go beyond customer service. Skillfully probe, listen, and understand client needs to provide resources and solutions to improve clients' trading experience and results.
Consistently take initiative to learn about the markets, FX industry, and new company platforms and products.
Be a team player and proactively collaborate with the Financial Services Team to manage time, resources, volume, and customer feedback.
Consistently achieve departmental and individual metrics.
Job Requirements:
Bilingual - Fluent in Mandarin and English (written and verbal) - Role requires handling clients from Hong Kong and Taiwan.
At least a Diploma or Degree in any field.
At least 2 years of Customer Service experience in the financial/trading industry.
Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Strong MS Office skills.
Enthusiastic about customer service, analysis, and problem-solving.
Career-minded and interested in long-term career growth.

Working Days: Mon - Fri (9am-6pm / 10am-7pm)
