Here are the responsibilities:
Handling Customer Inquiries:Responding to customer questions and concerns via WhatsApp, phone, or social media regarding products, orders, payments, and delivery statuses.
Order and Return Management:Assisting customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns, exchanges, or refunds while ensuring smooth transaction processes.
Resolving Issues and Complaints:Addressing customer complaints and resolving issues such as delayed deliveries, defective products, or payment problems, aiming for a quick and satisfactory resolution.
Providing Product Information and Recommendations:Offering detailed product information, helping customers make informed purchasing decisions, and suggesting alternative products when needed.
Customer Feedback and Reporting:Collecting feedback from customers, identifying patterns in issues or complaints, and reporting them to relevant teams to improve the overall customer experience.
Job RequirementsHow to become the most suitable candidate?
Must possess at least SPM in any field.
Able to work from 10am - 10pm, Monday - Friday.
Able to attend events during weekends if any.
Basic understanding of e-commerce & social media platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, Facebook).
Good project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Be willing to work and remain on standby during mega campaigns or major events to ensure smooth execution and address any issues promptly.
