Job Responsibilities:Guide customers to reach a deal with well knowledge about company products or services.
Communicate with customers to promote sales through networks chat.
Respond to telephone inquiries and Internet inquiries; handle orders through website and phone.
Utilize platforms such as Liang, Souper Tang, YS, Shoppe, Lazada, Facebook, and WhatsApp.
Arrange shipping and classify different logistics delivery to ensure order accuracy.
Record shipping orders.
Handle customer orders, payments, and follow up with logistics status.
Address customer complaints and feedback, including returns and exchanges.
Look for potential customers and agents.
Support the Marketing Team by providing ideas and discussing sales planning offers.
Check network promotion layout to ensure customers can easily see the latest promotions and products.
Perform additional tasks assigned by management.
Minimum Requirements:Candidate must possess at least a SPM or equivalent.
Required skill(s): Computer literate.
Required language(s):Mandarin , English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
Must be able to speak and read Mandarin.
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; training will be provided.
