**Position**: Customer Service**Salary Range**: RM 2,500 - RM 3,500**Working Area**: KL Eco City, Bangsar**Working Hours**: Monday to Friday (11am - 8:30pm); Saturday (11:30am - 4:30pm)Provides support for orders, questions, concerns, and events for Wellness Advocates in Malaysia.**Responsibilities**:- Communicate effectively on customers enquiries- Customer management- Support related events- Provide clerical and administrative support to the management office if needed- Perform warehouse duties (receiving and inspection of goods into warehouse and stock take) if needed- Perform any duties as assigned by the Manager**Job Requirements**:- Ability to resolve complaints, research and resolve problems with Wellness- Advocate orders promptly and courteously.- Able to respond to member concerns in a professional manner.- Multilingual abilities in Malay, English & Mandarin would be an added advantage.(B)
