Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Job Type:Full time
Responsibilities:
Take and receive all customer calls in a professional and courteous manner as well as providing advice and support.
Log all calls into the ticketing system and enter details and accurate information into the ticketing system.
Monitor the ticketing system and assign the ticket to the correct queue.
Take end-to-end responsibility for the logged requests and monitor work progress to achieve customer SLA.
Provide first-level troubleshooting to customers.
Escalate cases to L2, Field Support Engineer, or 3rd party vendor if required.
Handle all incoming emails and reply to all emails accordingly.
Follow up on all pending tickets either with the user or support team on a daily routine.
Carry out other duties which may be assigned by Management from time to time.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must have at least SPM or higher level.
Excellent communication in English and Malay.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows OS.
Experience in the retail field is an added advantage.
Able to work in shift rotation.
