Job Responsibilities:Customer Support : Provide support to customers mainly via online chat, regarding inquiries about product and services of Taozixiong.
Account Management : Support customers with account related matters, including account set up and troubleshooting.
Product Knowledge : Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's VCC (Virtual Credit Card) product and service to effectively address customers' needs.
Issue Resolution : Identify and resolve customer issues promptly and effectively, escalating complex problems to senior staff as needed.
Customer Guidance : Guide customers to use the platform, including registration, system updates, feature upgrades, etc.
Compliance Adherence : Ensure that all customer interactions comply with relevant regulations and company policies, particularly regarding data privacy and security.
Performance Metrics : Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores.
Feedback Collection : Gather customer feedback and insights to help improve the product and services, reporting findings to relevant departments.
Job Requirements:Education Background : Diploma in Business Studies or any related field.
Working Experience : 1 to 3 years of experience in customer service, preferably within the fintech or financial service industry.
Communication Skills : Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with customers. (Chinese typing and communication will be necessary skills)
Learning Ability : Proactively learn and absorb new knowledge, understanding the characteristics and needs of customers in different countries.
Problem Solving Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
Technical Proficiency : Familiarity with the Taozixiong platform and related software application support.
Customer-Centric Mindset : Being friendly, patient, and tolerant.
Attention to Details : Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in customer transactions and compliance with regulations.
