Customer Service

- Welcome & greet clients
- Manage daily appointments
- Handle phone calls and walk-in clients
- Complete daily deduction of treatments and update CRM record
- Prepare duty roster / timetable for therapist & monthly front desk department report
- Maintain cleanliness of front desk / reception area
- Assist in issuance of invoices, treatment done slips & keep track on retail products
- Other administration duties
Skills & Qualifications- Presentable appearance & positive attitude
- Able to converse in English & Malay.
Other dialects would be an added advantage.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Training would be provided.
- Able to start work immediately
