• Answer incoming customer inquiries promptly and accurately through phone, email and chat.
• Understand customer's needs, identify and resolve their problems, and escalate them to the relevant team when necessary.
• Update customer about the status of their inquiries and ensure they are satisfied with the level of service provided.
• Provide general information about products and services to customer.
• Process order and ensure they are delivered within agreed timelines.
• Handle customer complaints and feedback in professional manner and provide suitable solutions.
• Monitor customer feedback and recommend improvement to management.
• Continuously learn about the new product and services to provide accurate information to customers.
