Title: Customer support/ TranslationProject: HealthcareType of role: Translation support between doctors and patients based in the USShifts: Permanent night shift, shift allowances providedWork location: Tech M, CyberjayaFull time office mode5 days per week (any 2 days off)Working hours: 7 PM to 4 AMExperience range: 0 - 5 years- Fluency in Mandarin/Cantonese & English- Skilled at communicating, both orally and in writing in Mandarin/Cantonese & English- Basic understanding of linguistics and different cultures.- Skilled in adjusting to rapidly changing circumstances- Ability to react calmly and effectively in emergency situations- Strong attention to detail and accuracy- Ability to work independently and skilled at exercising initiative within the parameter of company policies and procedures.- Skilled at keeping supervisors informed of problems or issues- Exceptional commitment to confidentiality- Skilled in establishing and maintaining effective work relationships
