Minimum Experience Required:
Min 3 ~ 5 Years Working experience in sales related or manufacturing sector.
Preferably in Electronics sector or industry.
Related Experience:
Customer Service position in order management fulfillment / Production Planning.
Skills Required:
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel/ Word/ PPT) / SAP system / other order management system.
Basic Knowledge and understanding of Incoterms.
Japanese speaking/writing would be an advantage.
Communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage collaborations with different levels of subordinates to achieve required outcomes.
Positive mindset and self-motivator personality.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Handling day-to-day customer service operations to support customer requirements.
Managing customer requests and complaints, providing solutions to customers.
Communicating with internal sections to fulfill customer requirements and complaints.
Preparing daily and weekly rescheduling reports in Excel format and in customer portal or website.
Planning ahead before public/factory holidays to fulfill customer requirements.
Implementing operations process improvements to minimize manual task handling.
Preparing reports requested by management as well as customers.
