Customer Service

Assist in handling export & import documentation- Handling documentation with proper procedures of import and export- Attend customer & overseas agent inquiries timely & accordingly- Understand customer requirements, resolve issues, and provide appropriate solutions to customer satisfaction- Monitor shipment status and proactively update customers on any delays, changes, or issues related to their orders- Billing and invoice delivery to customers to avoid unnecessary delays in payment- Handling daily operational matters and any ad-hoc function & and related duties as and when required**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month**Benefits**:- Opportunities for promotionSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay- Performance bonus- Yearly bonus**Education**:- STM/STPM (preferred)
