Job Description Manage day-to-day sales operations and provide sales support.Handle pre-sales processes, including quotations and tenders, as well as post-sales processes, such as managing sales orders, delivery orders, invoicing, commissioning notes, credit notes, refunds, and other documentation; coordinate delivery as needed.Raise purchase orders (PO) and process goods receipts.Oversee loan sets, verify consignment stock count sheets, and keep consignment stock records up to date.Ensure high levels of service for both internal and external customers.Address customer inquiries and handle phone calls.Coordinate logistics for loan sets and advise the sales team on logistics coverage.Prepare daily stock write-off forms, make stock adjustments, and process stock transfers promptly to maintain accurate inventory records.Review and provide recommendations for inventory purchase requisitions.Assist with inventory counts during stock checks and offer support in other departmental areas.Generate simple monthly reports on loan set usage.Reconcile stock with warehouse records and compile reports on excess stock.Complete other administrative tasks and any additional assignments from the manager.
