Customer Service

1.Responsible to communicate with existing customers through telephone or chat tools, and provide after-sales related information consultation.
2.Assist customers solve their demands based on business processes.
3.Responsible to handle customer complaints and customer feedbacks, promptly convey customer complaints to relevant personnel and carry out follow-up order processing results (customer complaint handling form).
4.Assist customers to complete orders, material inquiry and return service processing.
5.Responsible for customer's consultation on products, orders, logistics, etc.
6.Accurately record customer questions and complaints, provide the first respond immediately, and maintain good communication and contact with various departments to increase customers' good impression of the company.
7.Responsible liaise with seller, respond to seller emails and contact with seller regarding on seller's goods.
8.Responsible to respond and pick up forwarder calling regarding on incoming lorry and trucks.
9.Follow up with problematic and return parcels, update parcel status in system.
10. Other ad-hoc tasks
Job Requirement:-
-Fluent in English and Malay, and Chinese languages
-Computer knowledge
-Knowledge in excel, power point and word.
-Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
-Possess good communication skills and able to work in a team
-Able to work independently with minimum supervision, self-initiated. Result Oriented
-Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
