Customer Service

Responsibilities:
Response to customer inquiries via telecommunication channels (calls, emails, chats, web tickets).
Perform user guidance at Level 1 and 2 wherever possible and strive for first call resolution.
Clarifying the customer's complaint and escalate priority issues and reporting to the high-level management to resolve user issues.
Following up complicated customer calls where required.
Completing call notes and call reports as necessary and updating them in the CRM.
To perform shipping tasks - receiving, issuing, shipping and other related duties instructed by the superior.
Complying with company directions, policies and SOPs.
Provide customer service support to the sales team.
Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions.
Participate in additional training courses as and when required.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Candidates must possess a Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent fields.
Candidates must have a good command of written & spoken English, Bahasa Malay, and Mandarin.
Candidates must have basic IT knowledge/background/experience.
Candidates with 1 to 2 years of working experience in the related field would be an added advantage.
Skills needed: Good communication/customer service skills, accurate and logical problem solving, multitasking skills, and the ability to work in a team environment.
Experience in reporting using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets is an added advantage.#J-18808-Ljbffr
