1.Customer Service Associate to handle general inquiries of customers over phone calls and live chats2.Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller3.Maintains customer records by updating account information¦MUST TO HAVE: Both native Japanese & non-natives are welcome to apply1.Japanese Speaking with Kanji writing skills2.Non-natives should have N1 or N2 certification3.Non-natives should have a customer service experience in Japanese (at least 6months to 1 year of experience)and has an academic background in Japan.2.Experience of Customer Service¦Personality Requirement:1.Exemplary communication skills and customer-oriented approach2.Ability to present, persuade and communicate effectively**Salary**: RM7,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Day shift**Experience**:- Customer Care Specialist: 1 year (required)**Language**:- Japanese (required)Ability to Commute:- Bangsar South (required)Ability to Relocate:- Bangsar South: Relocate before starting work (required)
