Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality customer support via live chat and email channels;Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company's platform and the broader financial market landscape;Efficiently manage and resolve customer inquiries and complaints, while providing timely follow-up;Understand customer needs and funnel valuable feedback to management;Actively identify and implement strategies to boost team productivity and service quality.
