Job Description:

Top Glove Corporation Berhad is seeking a part-time Customer Service Manager to work remotely from George Town, Penang, MY. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in customer service and possess a strong sense of independence and motivation.

Responsibilities:
1. Manage a team of customer service representatives to ensure excellent customer service delivery.
2. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.
3. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
4. Monitor customer satisfaction levels and implement strategies to improve customer experience.
5. Conduct regular training sessions for customer service staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
6. Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
2. 7+ years of experience in customer service management.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Excellent problem-solving abilities.
5. Ability to work independently and motivate a team.
6. Proficiency in research and data analysis.
7. Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools.
